Not even once.

2. What on earth do TSA employees have to do with car

parking valets? You've stretched things so far, they're only holding on by a thread. That's just a moronic thing to say.

Please make sense.

6. People abusing their positions..
Parking valets sometimes abuse the cars entrusted to their care, TSA screeners will inevitably abuse the full body scanners.

Not everyone does this, or even a majority, but it's as near a statistical certainty as exists in this world that it will happen.

10. And how will they be doing that? To what end?
Blurry images of anonymous people? Where's the beef?

15. Why? Because they can..
It's just human nature.

Why do people do so many things they do? Look at the OP about a man getting his penis removed from a pipe that's on GD right now.

26. No thanks. Where people put their penises is of no interest to
me. Perhaps it fascinates you, but not me.

27. The point being that people do some very strange things..
Because they can..

And I didn't click on it either, but just the title is enough to let you know that people don't always do sensible things.

8. People will always screw around at work
Valets will race cars they're given; restaurant staff will mess with your food, especially if you piss them off; TSA workers will abuse the full body scans for their own amusement. Be careful what you trust people with, and how you interact with working folks.

Make any more sense? I typed it real slow because I suspect you don't read very fast.

20. Golly, you're right!
Everything's random, and nothing has anything to do with anything else! It's so obvious.

Scooter pie!

19. Depending on the type of car, it can be good on the racetrack.
Not so good with regular street cars and such. It's really hard on the car.

23. There are drifting races...
Like I said, it depends on the race - some actually require drifting through corners. Yeah, if you're actually trying to go fast, as opposed to burning rubber, you'll want to avoid that though.

18. Not good for the engine and transmission.
Edited on Thu Jan-07-10 04:10 PM by backscatter712
Burning rubber, racing the car, revving the engine like that is really hard on a car - it really shortens the life of the engine and tranny along with the tires. Probably hard on the suspension too.

Any punk valets caught doing that to customers' cars should be forced to pay for all the repair bills.

I'm not a trusting soul, and I almost never let other people drive my car.

14. All of my cars are crap. Nobody would race them.
Hell, they hate even driving them. I use valets all the time. It's a blast to make them drive my 1991 Volvo wagon. Then, they're really surprised when I give them a good tip.

Why anyone with a hot car, though, would let a punk-ass valet drive it, I do not understand.

that wont allow the car to go over 35 mph or something like that, I wouldn't trust them otherwise.
