after Ronald Reagan was in office??????.. Cauuuuse Jimmy Carter only served 1 term.. Soo since Georgie servered 2 terms.. we get to blame him for twice as long as Mr Carter was blamed.. Bwhahahahaha!!!!!

Conservative alternate reality was already well in place during the Carter years. They were convinced weak-kneed peacenik liberals would just hand the country over to the Relentless and All-Powerful Soviet Empire, while the youth of our nation was seduced by sex, drugs, "jungle music", and hippie politics that were orchestrated directly from the Kremlin.

the only difference is that they have Clinton (who they still blame for many things) and Obama(who they can think to blame nearly everything on)

mentioned the Bush administration he came out agrily with a "stop blaming Bush" comment. I think the GOP and their pundits have been given marching orders not to let Obama blame Bush for any of this. When a lot of it is Bush's fault.
