US Government on slippery slope downwards......
OMG, US Feds charge Nigerian and bring him before a Judge rather than just locking him up forever in Cuba!

And this, only a month after doing the same with Fort Hood Officer. No wonder Cheney is so upset!

Why all this sudden attention to the law under the Constitution? What is this Black Man in the White House doing to this country?

This will surely write the end of the Democrats' majority in Congress come November.
