British Woman Arrested for being raped in Dubai Restroom

A British woman reported being raped in Dubai, she was of course charged for the crime of having sex out of wedlock... Wait, that makes no sense...

The 23 year old woman and her 44 year old fiancée went to a bar and subsequently she got drunk. When she went to the restroom the waiter followed her in and raped her. This made her and her rapist criminals, to make things worse, she being human likes sex (don't we all?) and of course had sex with her boyfriend which made him a criminal and a second count of what must be "being a slut". Somehow this is making less sense each paragraph I write.

Her cell mate said:
“She’s a British girl but a Muslim, so I think they were tougher on her because of that.

She was trying to report the rape but soon realised the policemen were more interested in how often she has sex with her boyfriend.”

Truth is, much of the world is steeped in plain, old-fashioned corruption. This couple may have escaped trouble had they been savvy and had plenty of money for bribes.
