6. Obama made a statement a few days ago about closing Gitmo

He said after hearing of the confession from the would be bomber he has decided closing Gitmo could not wait and he was more determined than ever to close it as quickly as possible. He said Republicans reasons for keeping it open, paled in comparison, to his reasons for closing it. Have yet to hear any reputable MSM mention that statement and the ramifications of it.
