You know what's really funny to me.

I think that at some higher level, the Japanese gov't has complained to the Australians and our gov't about reigning in the Sea Shepherd. But, they've quietly... done nothing about it. As they should.

Here's the thing, you know that in those back rooms, we're saying, hey, you continue doing whaling in the name of "research," we'll leave you to the Sea Shepherd!

is not slaughtering his principles and objectives in pursuit of the fantasy of achieving some kind of kumbaya moment with people whose purpose is to transform living things into cash without regard to consequence. As someone else in this thread observed, Sea Shepherd is crazy, irrational, and yea verily we need many more like them.
