They're in it for the money. When you are killing multitudes of innocent people because one of them was fingered as a terrorist by some double agent, there will be a never ending supply of terrorists. Our home grown war machine is the worlds most active terrorist organization.
Until "We the people..." are willing to risk bloody riots and/or civil war in this country to stop the war mongers, terrorism will not end until there is not enough canon fodder to sustain the fight against terrorism.
