Need Info Uganda/Homophobia/C Street/Congressional Connection Mess

Hi folks, I am hoping some one can help me. I am seeking information of the complicity of the C Street House in fomenting the violence against the GBLT community in Uganda and advocating for the death penalty for homesexuals. I also would like info if anybody has it on the connection between the C Street and Congress and if our tax dollars went to that cause. Thanks Mike
