More like, "yeah I would expect that from a racist piece of shit". Most inhabitants of the countries south of the US will be some shade of brown or black due to ancestry or location. Our response would have been the same for any country in the Western Hemisphere with Obama as the President. Limbaugh and his racist followers are the only ones bringing anything racial into this situation. It is about people who have resources helping people that do not have resources.
