Shepherd Smith goes on Fox and gets all outraged again so they can claim they're fair and balanced again: check.
Now all that's left is for O'Reilly to cap it off and point out they'd survive this earthquake a-OK if they didn't have a socialist government and Hannity to give anecdotes of Haitians dying because they have state run healthcare there.
I'm gonna send in another donation just to ease my conscience over thinking about these wretched demi-humans.

They mostly depend on foreign doctors coming in for mission work, often sponsored by other countries' governments or NGOs. But those facts ain't gonna get in Hannity's way, dammit.

there are no public schools, no building codes, no minimum wage, no social safety nets. hospitals don't have to admit people without money.
tell that to the republicans.
