1. IFRC looking to cash in on another crisis? Doctors Without Borders is the best to get

medical supplies and doctors to the region.

2. The INTERNATIONAL Red Cross has boots on the ground

and has had them for over twenty years. They work in tandem with the Haitian Red Cross... and other NGOs. the ICRC is trying to raise 10 million swiss franks as initial, will raise more as the years go by.

This is NOT the American Red Cross. Trust me, after 9.11 you get no argument from me

In fact, doctors without borders will be working (becuse it has in the past) with the ICRC and other NGOs.

Just posting this as info. If you want to give to doctors, go ahead, money will get to those who need it regardless.
