ABC: Bank CEO's contrite about their activities in public but arrogant and unapologetic afterwards.
"We did eat our own cooking and we choked on it," Morgan Stanley Chairman John Mack told the Commission.

"It was an act of failure of colossal proportions," said Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein.

"I blame the management team 100 percent and no else," said JP Morgan CEO James Dimon.

But when approached ABC News after the hearing, the banking chiefs had no problem defending the multi-million dollar bonuses now going out to top executives at their banks.

Dimon of JP Morgan silently brushed by as I asked, "Does Wall Street get it?"

Walking briskly down the hallway outside the hearing, Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan told me he saw "no disconnect" between the bonuses at BoA and the economic hardships no facing so many Americans.

1. They simply do not get it. OR choose not to get it. This should
be frightening to the Leaders of our Country. If the Bankers
continue with this attitude, they will repeat their very same
mistakes.

Congress had better get Glass-Steagall passed once again to
protect Main Street from the giddy gamblers who do not believe
they did anything wrong and they saved themselves. These people
are delusional.

2. How do you deal with people like this?
They are well rehearsed, knowing what to say and do in public, but they're not sorry. Amongst themselves they're laughing it up because they fooled us again.

How do you give them their comeupance?

I would love to see their face when we say, "Socialism is your punishment for abusing Capitalism!"
