With maybe a hundred thousand dead in a poverty stricken catholic Nation, many of those will be women, and a good number of those women will be pregnant.
So, how many babies did God abort in God's wrath? Why is it holy for God to abort babies by the bunch because their slave ancestors 200 years ago kicked French butt, but evil for a woman to make that decision for any reason?
