Clinton And Bush: We'll Help On Haiti
Ben Frumin | January 14, 2010, 5:31PM

Former Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush issued the following statement today about the crisis in Haiti and President Obama's request that they help with relief efforts. Here's the full text:

We are deeply saddened by the devastation and suffering caused by the recent earthquake in Haiti. The people of Haiti are in our thoughts and prayers.

We are pleased to accept President Obama's request to lead private sector fundraising efforts. In the days and weeks ahead, we will draw attention to the many ways American citizens and businesses can help meet the urgent needs of the Haitian people.

Americans have a long history of showing compassion and generosity in the wake of tragedy. We thank the American people for rallying to help our neighbors in the Caribbean in their hour of suffering - and throughout the journey of rebuilding their nation.

2. Make him do something useful for once in his pathetic existence.
Call it "community service."

5. Exactly.
And as an added bonus, you can bet it rankles something awful that his corrupt, privileged, WASP ass is being shamed into it by a black man who is his better in every way.

It's not full justice for his crimes against humanity by any means, but it is a drop or two in the bucket.

4. George Bush?
He blown away 1.3 million Iraqis to dust, and was never prosecuted for it.

Worse yet, he maybe responsible to ousting the democratically-elected president of HAITI in a possibly CIA-sponsored coup detat.

Now he'll help Haitians in this, is this something to redeem himself for the eight years of hell he brought on us?

Never trust this asshole. He's a goddamn hypocrite and mass murderer, and you think this will make up for his crimes? Come on!
