3. I do jhana meditation
and would probably need to for the extreme pain of crush injuries.

I don't know how they're doing it, but you never know what you're capable of until you're out of attractive alternatives.

4. It's unimaginable to me.
They were interviewing a woman who was rescued from the rubble and she said she hoped she'd die quickly rather than slowly.

Shudder. :scared:

5. Claustrophobia----it would be my worst nightmare. That said,
I'd probably cry. A lot.

7. Same here. Small spaces and being unable to move freak me out. Heck, just
getting tangled up in a sleeping bag or pinned down by my brother were enough to bring on panic attacks.

My heart goes to to the people who are trapped like that, and most likely badly injured to boot.

10. Me too.
To make it worse... imagine that you have a limb that is trapped, and they aren't going to be able to get you out without amputating it. And that's if you're lucky enough to have a doctor get to you.

6. Meditation/prayer, because it focuses the mind and relaxes the nerves.
Singing as well.

Really, I can't imagine, but that's what I THINK I'd do.

13. I'd take a deep breath and stretch my arms and legs. You know, shake out the frustrations.
Maybe take the dog out for a jog and get some fresh air.
