...and screw you, CNN...
I have just spent half an hour waiting for that moron Don Lemon to 'interview' General Honore, one of the few people who knows something about something and all that idjit Lemon does is say, "We'll be hearing from General honore shortly, but first..." and they have everything BUT thee interview including but not limited to video of Bush from earlier today. Like I need to see that dumbass again...

I'm switching over to watch Patton (for the 47th time) on a Premium channel

2. Lemon's the second dumbest man on TV...
CNN has a real pro, Honore sitting there like a potted plant, and doesn't go to him for anything, and then at the end, they allow him 3 minutes and cut him off...he of all people has much to contribute.

6. In your opinion he's the second dumbest man on TV. I like him. And again,
it wasn't Lemon who allowed him three minutes, it was those running the show.

I do agree he should have been given more time, but I don't think that was Lemon's call.

12. Yes. That's exactly what I said.
:eyes:

You made a flat statement. I qualified it's your opinion. What, there's no room for any other opinions other than yours?

I happen to like him. What the fuck do you care? I don't care that you don't.

4. only time I watch CNN is for natural disasters or when I'm in airports
It's also good for celebrity deaths. But just 2 or 3 hours of that bullshit makes me feel like my iq dropped. It scares me every time, knowing so many of my fellow voters take that for the serious news.

I heard them announcing for 2 hours Friday that president Clinton was about to speak with "Wolf". All afternoon it was "coming up" then when it was dark they played it :puke: by the time they were sure I'd heard all their sponsor's commercials.

The coverage has been pretty good.

something CNN cannot do because Anderson Cooper has burned them so many times.

15. Don Lemon is probably the hardest working anchor on TV
I don't think he ever takes a day off, they work him 24/7. Calling him an "idjit" says more about you then him. Anyone should know that he's not in control of the order of interviews or how much time the person gets, that is decided by those in charge.

16. did I say that HE was in control...?
didn't I direct my vituperative comment at CNN? Do you think that 'working hard' is enough...that experience and knowledge of cultures, of America, of history might be required for an earth-shaking event such as this? Do you think that showing up is 98% of a job?
