So was Haiti too much for Brian Williams |
I haven't seen him for over 24 hours and I see Lester Holt all over the place. Did that chicken hawk run home for cover?

1. Hubby commented he looked like he was having a heart attack |
Night before last he was next to Gupta and hubby said he looked like he was having trouble breathing. Haven't thought about him since. Dunno?

2. Not since I saw him on Rachel Maddow's Show |
He was talking about how awful it was that they were letting bodies just lie out there in the streets. I was thinking that maybe the people of Haiti were trying to care for the injured and looking for survivors. You know, priorities....

I hope whoever is there and coming back gets a TB test upon coming home given the really high rate of TB over there.

5. Actually, it makes sense that NBC would send Lester Holt down there for the weekend. |
He's their normal weekend anchor. Brian Williams doesn't work weekends. And I imagine even he needs the occasional break.

6. Lester has always been the work horse, what they called BLITZER, "iron pants" |
During 9-11, Lester was on ALL the time. I swear I think they ran him through a car wash every few hours and shoved him out there.
