5. I was pleased someone asked about the shoe bomber

of course, she had an answer: al qaeda didn't send the shoe bomber but they did send the underwear bomber. A military tribunal would make the underwear bomber spill more -- Podesta said he'd already given them a wealth of information. I wish he would have pressed that more but at least he got that in.
