Theft and Thuggery by the US Border Patrol in CALI

Apparently, the US Border Patrol in San Clemente, CA (north of San Diego) is allowed to:

1. Steal Medical Marijuana without paperwork
2. Steal $7,000 cash without paperwork
3. Abuse Mexicans

all with impunity.
