No negative comments on Brown. In fact, they hardly mentioned his name.

corporate supremacist policies.

They know the left is disillusioned because of the selling out to corporations and that change hasn't occurred anywhere near like the expectations from last November's election.

Now when Coakley wins the race, a race she should have won anyway, the corporate media will crow about how corporate supremacist policies were the right thing to do in spite of the left's grumbling.

Creating that sense of inevitability to suppress the vote. I believe that is a clear case of interfering with an election. It goes way beyond reporting on the 'horse race.'

This should have been a 30 point win for Coakley. I still think she'll win, though I expect to hear the phrase "voting irregularities" a lot in the near future.

35. Sour grapes is always a tough thing in politics.
Chris Matthews wanted to be a senator and was told "Don't think about it". And part of that was due to the backlash from women who supported Hillary Clinton.

No, make that backlash from women, period. Even Obama-supporting women were appalled at Matthew's comments during the primaries.

So, this "not-great candidate" female is possibly going to join the most elite gentleman's club in the world and pretty boy Chris will get to talk about it on the TV machine?

Fucking talking in the past tense. They love it. Creates a great narrative for them. Though I remember Chuck also tried to tell me that women were "flocking" to Palin (and Howie admitted to be "star struck" with her when she came on the scene), so I'm just trying to remind myself of their track record before I get too down.

William Weld never went farther than the MA governor's office, thanks to John Kerry.

Mitt Romney is from Utah. He carpetbagged himself into one term as MA governor, and is so unpopular here that Brown won't use him to stump for votes.

Thank you, though, for proving my point about 99% of DUers spewing bullshit because they don't know a fucking thing about Massachusetts politics.

We still use that term because polling has improved dramatically since then and late polling usually gets it right.

43. At this point Coakley should ask for help from the voters.
Put pride on the back burner, get some air time and and tell Democrats she's in trouble and needs their help.
Tell them there's too much at stake for everyone and really, really plead for their vote. If she's been perceived
as taking to much for granted ( not saying she is) maybe one last genuine, heartfelt request would bring decent
Democrats over to her side in the event they're thinking Brown.
