What pisses me off as an Independent is not the Health Care Fiasco
I understand how legislation is passed and understood at the beginning there would be much compromise. What pisses me off the most is the HUGE Bonuses that Wall Street and the Bankers are paying themselves after telling us just a year ago that our entire economy was in Dire Straits. Obama coined the phrase "Main Street, not Wall Street" and yet it is Wall Street/Bankers that seems to be the beneficiary of all the efforts and Wall Street/Bankers seem only interested in helping themselves and not Americans in general..Democrats are not supposed to behave in this manner....It pisses me off to no end..I would venture a guess I am not alone in this feeling..Health care Reform is going to pass. It isn't what any real progressive would write but it also is not what any Republican would write. It will benefit regular Americans even if it benefits Huge Insurance Companies as well, but all the money handed out to Goldman Sachs and the rest does not benefit ordinary folks at all and yet the money just keeps rolling from our treasury and the Fed...It is this that depresses me and I see no end to it..
