There have been reports about funny business going on, apparently the republicans are pulling a fast one. Its time to lawsuit the hell out of the republican party in Mass. and these lawsuits can take MONTHS to resolve, such as the Minnesota election.

Brown should not be seated for at least 6 months even if he does win.

2. 10 Points?
Most elections won't get a recount unless it's under 1%...and few candidates will contest it. If the election is close...where outstanding votes are larger than the votes cast and the losing candidates stands a chance of winning throught a recount (such as Franken did), then there's a definite need for a recount, but that's more like .1%, not 10%. If Coakley loses, she loses...move along and try to keep it from becoming an epedemic in other states.

6. No way.
If Brown wins by such a large margin, he needs to be seated as the law allows. If anyone tries to delay or deny his victory in the race, it's only going to fuel the teabagger rage that got him within striking distance of Coakley in the first place.

7. 10 points? WTF? Obama won by 7% and that was considered a landslide.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election,_2008

Obama - 53%
McCain - 46%

Contesting a close election 1%, maybe 2-3% is one thing. You just look like a vindictive ass when you contest an election with a margin of victory of 10%.
