14. Yep.. MOST workplaces frown on idle chatter about religion or politics
Edited on Wed Jan-20-10 11:10 AM by SoCalDem
Just show up, do your job, and keep the divisive stuff out of the workplace.

Jobs are too hard to come by, to foster friction..

I worked for most of my life, and I can honestly say I never knew (or cared) what political party or religion any of my coworkers were

6. I would try to laugh it off
by saying it's the least we could do to ease their pain after last November's butt-kicking. As luck would have it though, I'm unemployed.

9. Yes if she loses I am dreading it!
I had to explain today that this is not a referendum on Obama but of a Democratic Candidate that ran a poor campaign and didn't realize until it was too late to call for help. They will be smug, they believe that it's not right for the Dems to push through things without Repugs and I countered with "I don't recall you saying that during the Clinton years or the 1st six years of *" yea they really didn't have anything to say.....

Today I heard an argument well the Obama administration is not 100% transparant and I said ummm President Obama assumed that Americans are smart enough to figure out that there are some things that cannot be put out to the public ....sigh
