Participatory democracy - this is how you do it
I received a surprise phone call tonight from my state representatives.
They are co-hosting a telephone town hall meeting.
I got on the computer and found more info on this (must have missed the notice about it).

I posted about this in the Washington forum, but started to think about the positive implications of this outreach for every city and thought I would post where more people could read.

1. Realize that the big news tonight is the MA election, but I think this
kind of creative and positive way of reaching out to voters shows a direction that more democrats should take and one that would have huge benefit.

So I'm kicking my own thread in case anyone who didn't see it initially can now.
