It will n ot be very good bill. But it will be spinnable. People involved in perpetrating it will do happy dances and share lots of high fives. There will lots of self congratulatory speechifying.

We the People, if we're lucky, will be allowed to remain as innocent bystanders.

It didn't have to be this way.

The Republicans believe that insurance companies should deny pre-existing conditions then show a picture of a sick bald kid with cancer.
