Which is why they shit on their base and lost the supermajority they said they needed to do anything substantial (which they squandered).

Democrats can't put their finger on the scale for Wall Street and Corporate America and then pretend they are trying to ''balance'' our interests and theirs.

Corporate America is a rapist, and they already have a defense attorney: the GOP.

We need the Democrats to be the prosecutor or make make room for a party who will be.

It's time to take the blue dogs & DLC to the vet have them put down. They are a danger to not just to the party, but by giving the GOP an opening to come back to power or even more effectively gum up our government, the corrupt corporate branch of our party is endangering our very democracy and world peace.

The GOP knows they don't have the votes to hold onto power legitimately, so if they get back in the driver's seat, they will do whatever it takes to insure they are never unseated again and smash and grab as much wealth here and abroad for their cronies as fast as they can, making Bush look like FDR, MLK, and Gandhi all rolled into one.

1. The shameful Senate "health reform" procedures showed Americans much more than we

ever wanted to know of the incredible greed and lack of ethics among our "representatives". The Dems wanted their turn at the cash, and they certainly helped themselves. President Obama made a great error, IMO, in deciding to let Congress shape and form the bills, rather than having guidelines from the WH. The process clearly showed that any benefit mere citizens derive from congress is purely accidental....the lobbyists and the profiteers come first.

I guess we just don't have enough money to count for much with Congress people, of either party.

3. Problem is Wall Street industrialists and financiers are equal opportunity employers.

They don't care if a person has a D or an R behind their name. They only care if that person can be bought with enough campaign contributions. When the Democrats won power, they instantly started throwing money after Democrats to get a seat at the bargaining table. They got what they came for.

4. The spectacle of the Senate "health care reform" process can only be likened to

seeing your minister/priest/rabbi/imam snatch several young children from the congregation, rape them in every orifice and then resume his liturgy from the pulpit while most of the congregation vacantly looks on as though what they'd just beheld was nothing out of the ordinary.

This last session of the Senate was blatant brazen "servicing" of the corporate dong in full public view. Times Square in the 70s had NOTHING on this.
