MSNBC TV: Cindy and Meghan McCain support gay marriage in new ads. |
|
Meghan's no surprise, but Cindy was unexpected.

6. Frankly, I believe this is a subtle campaign by the repukes |
|
They know in the long run they will never win on the Gay marriage issue, because it's a matter of civil rights.
And because the main element of the traditional republican party knows as sure as shit that there is no future with the teabagger morons.
They know they have to evolve.
So they send out the non-politician politicians to do their foot work.
There are things happening on the other side, long term things.
The dems need to take notice, Obama needs to get rid of the stupid "don't ask don't tell" bullshit, take the bull by the horns and demand equal rights for everyone. That would short circuit any republican tiptoing into this area.
If not, and by some bizarro change in reality, the repukes allow Gay Marriage, the dems will lose a devoted part of their supporters.
