Tea Party 'Hero' Arrested For Rape, Stolen Grenade Launcher Discovered

“We come home and those bastards want to talk about how we’re domestic terrorists and a threat to this country. It makes me so angry,” said Charles Dyer, who has been accused of committing rape.

Dyer has been charged with first degree rape. When police searched Dyer’s home for evidence on that charge, they found a grenade launcher that matched the description of one of three that were reportedly stolen from an Army post in California.

More incriminating evidence against Dyer has surfaced in a YouTube video. The video shows Dyer, a former U.S. Marine, talking proudly about domestic terrorism. “Join the military?”, said Dyer. “Depends on what you want to do with it. Me? Im going to use my training and become one of those domestic terrorists that you’re so afraid of from the DHS reports.”

“I’m certainly not going to be hiding from my command anymore. I’m not hiding from ATF. Not hiding from FBI. Any organization. If they want to come get me I’m not going to be afraid,” Dyer said. “Patriots we are not overpowered. If we united under one banner and fight for our children’s liberity and the constitution, our resolve is invincible to any standing army,” Dyer said.

I seriously doubt he had any grenades though. I don't see it as dangerous, or even armed, to have a launcher with no ammo.

If it was a 37mm launcher though, those are actually legal.

DUNCAN, Okla.—The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives filed a complaint against an ex-Marine after a grenade launcher was discovered at his residence in Marlow.

ATF Agent Brett Williams wrote in an affidavit that deputies found a Colt M-203, 40-millimeter grenade launcher Tuesday while they were arresting Charles Dyer on child rape and forcible sodomy charges.

The affidavit says authorities determined the item was one of three grenade launchers that were stolen from Fort Irwin, Calif., in 2006 as they were being shipped to Iraq.

Williams says Dyer told an FBI agent a friend gave him the device while Dyer was stationed in California with the Marine Corps.

Charles Alan Dyer, age 29, of Marlow, OK, known among resistance and militia groups as the July4Patriot, was formerly charged this afternoon in Stephens County with sexually abusing a seven-year-old girl.

Despite the paranoid belief by the Patriot Movement that Dyer has been set up by the federal government, who they claim have had a programmed child make false accusations against their movement’s hero, Gossip Boy has learned that the alleged victim is a close family member of Dyer’s.

The bond placed on the charge is in the amount of $50,000. Militia members around the nation have already begun raising money to bond Dyer out of jail for both his weapons charges and the allegations of child molestation. In the meantime, a protective order has been obtained by the mother of the child Dyer stands accused of molesting.

The July4Patriot is not the first accused child molester that the Patriot Movement has rallied behind. Another hero to their cause, David Koresh of the Branch Davidians, was killed by federal authorities on April 19, 1993, during an ill-fated raid on his Waco, TX compound that left many dead, including several children Koresh had been accused of sexually abusing.
