the reason i ask is because the treating of people as members of corporate bodies nearly tore Mexico's political parties apart more than a century ago...

6. In a word, "no."
They have the RIGHTS of people, but not the LIABILITIES. Legally, the corporations are not their owners, they are separate entities. How can you put "virtual being" in jail?
