Does the Supreme Court have the power to put a "For Sale" sign on the US to multinational corps? |

So far I have not been able to find any limitations on this unlimited power to buy elections and politicians to strictly American companies.
Foreign citizens may not vote in our elections. Why should companies owned by multinationals or even foreign countries have the right to buy us?
I personally DO NOT feel that the Supreme Court has the arbitrary power to kill off our 250 year old Democracy and turn us into a Fascist State serving foreign interests. I don't know what has to be done to repeal an obviously flawed and overtly crazy judgement.
The Tea Baggers who were concerned about losing their country? Well, now they have something to be concerned about. And it was the blighted Conservative Republican Activist judges that lost their country for them. And yes, I'm furious with the ACLU too.
It is impossible to underplay the importance of this decision and the consequences to us as a nation.

1. I believe that congress has overridden SCOTUS |

rulings in the past but they need a large majority to do it.
Don't count on the Republicans, Bluedogs and maybe even the Democrats to lift a finger.
This country is sooooooooo fucked.

2. It will be interesting to see how the Tea Baggers and their handlers spin this... |
|
...Since this was a rethuglican SCOTUS that sold out the country, will the usual shrieking heads note that, or will this be construed as an Obama failure?
