ICRC reports that the flow of aide is now there

According to Richardo COnti, head of the ICRC delegation in Haiti aid is starting to be more visible across the City and that water distribution has been established across several points across the city.

He does aknowledges that things are difficult if not critical for people... but the point is things are getting there.

This includes Cite-Soleil, one of the poorest shanty towns, where they are working hard to reestablish the water flow that they built back in 2007 that was heavily damaged.

I know this is not good for the meme that things are just getting worst. But things ARE getting better.
