Obama could add more seats to the USSC --
the Constitution does not specify how many justices the court may have.

Too bad the lame fuckwits we have for "leaders", and I mean all of them, would never attempt to do this. Unless Exxon had a really, really good staff attorney who wanted a lifetime gig.

3. It takes legislation to do that.
He can't just change it by fiat. FDR tried to create more seats in 1937 with his "court packing plan."

He did not succeed.
