Apparently there's nobody on this entire earth with the balls to do that.
Back in 2008, before this economy sent me into middle aged economic oblivion, I donated to a woman in Vermont or NH running for Attorney General who made a campaign pledge to prosecute these bastards, but she didn't win. Vinnie Bugliosi even wrote "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder" which was intended in part to be a recipe for any State Attorney General to conduct the Prosecution.
Pretty damn sad.

PS - dont have to be a Dem - find an honorable Republican like Lawrence Wilkerson, who worked for Colin Powell, to do it. I think he has the right stuff.

Hell, they started the rehabiliation of W this last week. It took a few years before that happened with Nixon and all he did was cover up a burglary.
