Why I'm glad Obama, despite being a moderate, won over the far right McCain and the Alaskan redneck. Just think, the ruling today could have been 6-3 instead of 5-4.

And I feel no shame about wishing for the demise of the conservative justices... especially Thomas and Scalia.
