So SCOTUS struck down a law, don't go all emo drama queen
Legislation created the corporation.

Legislation controls and regulates the corporation.

Legislation is already being proposed to deal with corporations and political spending.

Lets see how this plays out in congress over the next few weeks, the people have their back.

And the people are in about the most hostile anti corporate mood in living memory.

2. We're going all emo drama queen because we have come to expect the worst around here
Sure they can propose legislation. Get back to me if it passes. "The people" are in an anti-corporate mood? How's that working out? The only real front is the teabaggers and they are run lock, stock and barrel by the corporations that stand to benefit from today's ruling.

Corporate money was all over the political process before and nobody really did anything about it. Now it's going to be easier for them and you think they're going to fix this? I mean this with all respect - but you're on drugs.

5. I think that they struck down a series of laws that have been in effect

for about 100 years. No?

Presently Harry and Nancy seem to be fairly ineffectual so how would you expect them to proceed?

Should they write a strongly worded letter?

I would really like to see Dem leadership with the ferocity of Attila the Hun. Until that happens our 59 seat MAJORITY means nothing.

6. Somewhere, at this very moment,
a politician is contemplating the potential ramifications of behaving in a way that a multibillion dollar corporation would disapprove of.
