1. I have to admit that I don't know much about the bill
But I know what a mandate is and who profits from it.
Beyond that I couldn't care less.
Kill the bill!

3. No, its actually not.
Now its about passing pieces of this debacle that can be "agreed on" broadly, most of which are bad for working families and set back the cause of true quality care in this country.

It's not over as long as Democrats keep trying to compromise to pass "anything" so that they can save face for their own mistakes.

5. This Is Becoming Waterloo
...and unfortunately President Obama is playing the role of Napoleon...surrounded on all sides, when he thinks reinforcements are coming from Massetchussets, instead its some dude in a pick-up truck.

6. I don't object to pieces and would like to shove the most popular and common sense
stuff down their throats and force some tough votes. The entire legislative strategy has been losing chickenshit. Reid should have broken their will to abuse the filibuster months ago or at least ruined them in the eyes of the people.

You deal with obstruction by making it untenable and you don't do that with massive complex bills but rather simple stuff that says "what side are you on?", in plain english.
