They would lose so much business due to being boycotted by the many people who would be disgusted by them. At least, that's what I hope would happen.

Oh no, they have it figured out how to GAIN business. Set up a subsidiary and advertise to the target market created by the boycott. :silly:
This is an ad-man's wet dream, lots more market niches to appeal to. Just like the big banks back these payday loan places through a string of subsidiaries, corporations will figure out how to insert the money hose so the flow goes their way.
