Trial starts today ~~ Tru TV (formerly CourtTV)~~ is carrying pre-trial commentary this AM. Interesting debates going on with Tru TV legal commentators and the anti-choice, forced birther pals of the POS who shot Tiller. They seem to justify killing a live human being on the theory of defending the life of a fetus.
As to Roeder, there was commentary that he had never paid child support to his wife for the one child he did have. So typical of the forced birthers ~~ only unborn children count for anything.

...I am looking for a live feed for anyone who does not have Tru TV.
CNN use to carry the live Tru TV court trial, but I am not seeing anything there at the moment. Will keep looking.

...opening statements are on.
Edit: What is taking place is a debate on the justification defense ~~ female DA raising the issue.
Judge is saying that this issue waits until such time as the defense starts its case, if any.

....just setting out the facts and events which lead up to the murder. Basically ~~ what Dr. T and his family did and how they got ready for church. Calling victim and his wife by first names and making them very personal to the jury.
