If a corporation is a person, can it be a victim of murder? Manslaughter? |

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/rob-warmowski/corporate-murder-charges_b_432633.htmlWould a hostile takeover be tantamount to kidnapping? Slavery? What about green mail? Would it become blackmail?

2. I've seen a lot of programs |

On TV which tries to hold the corporation culpable of murder mayhem etc. So now when a company manufactures a product that cause the injury or death of an individual they don't have to prove they are responsible as a corporation, right, all they have to do is prove the product killed someone. And then if I were any of the victims I would request that the whole company (person) be jailed and we as victims have the corporation handed over to us. At least we are winning one victory.
