The Obama Justice Dept. should start seeking the death penalty against corporations.
That would be an appropriate, and no doubt popular, response to the SC ruling.

11. And healthcare companies
they knowingly, willingly and with premeditation allow people to die by refusal of coverage. Death penalty=government takeover=single payer.

2. That's a good point. When corporate decisions result in killing people
are they held accountable in the same manner that a serial killer would be? ;)

3. The penalty for that should be total and permanent dissolution.
Otherwise, I see an equal protection problem as (flesh and blood) individuals can get sentenced to death for the same offense.

8. They could be charged as an accomplice or accessory.
I wish this concept would be taken seriously.

It is fundamentally unfair for corporations to reap all of the benefits of personhood but not have to face the same negative consequences for their actions.
