If Larry Flynt Publications wants to run political advocacy broadcast advertising
containing hardcore porn, is he now allowed to do so?

Is any censorship aspect whatsoever preserved by the Citizens United decision, or is it really ALL struck down?

1. Yes, that has been the case for a while
"I've never quibbled
If it was ribald,
I would devour where others merely nibbled.
As the judge remarked the day that he
acquitted my Aunt Hortense,
'To be smut
It must be ut-
Terly without redeeming social importance.'"

2. Let me also add
Publishers also have the right not to publish his advertisement. FCC rules also apply to over-the-air broadcasts (though not to candidates' official advertisments, iterestingly.)

3. Yes, that's true isn't it?
We have one senatorial candidate here calling another one a homosexual child molester in his radio ads.

The stations are required to run them, and to run them as-is.
