containing hardcore porn, is he now allowed to do so?
Is any censorship aspect whatsoever preserved by the Citizens United decision, or is it really ALL struck down?

Publishers also have the right not to publish his advertisement. FCC rules also apply to over-the-air broadcasts (though not to candidates' official advertisments, iterestingly.)

We have one senatorial candidate here calling another one a homosexual child molester in his radio ads.
The stations are required to run them, and to run them as-is.
