If they kill people can they get the death penalty?

9. the answer is simple... yes
in a lawful land that is. Not sure laws apply to corporations anymore... they appear to be in charge, and bent on making corporations legally superior to human beings themselves. Fascism is a fanaticism... the innate inferiority fascists experience drives their need for superiority.

Let's start with Xe who is still on the government tit in Iraq with its mercenaries. How about Halliburton? I'm game. So what would be the death penalty of a corporation? Let's gut them of their assets and give them to their victims so that there is nothing left.

10. An example of worthy candidates would start with
Monsanto

Their actions have undoubtedly caused preventable deaths. Further the board of directors could have easily prevented this.

22. I dont believe the SCOTUS ruled that they are persons. They ruled that the Constitution applies to
them. They are larger than persons.
