Supreme Court Ruling - Corporations have free speech rights. |

So what happens when a Corporation declares bankruptcy - does that mean they died and no longer have any free speech until they come out of bankruptcy and then they get their free speech rights back? :shrug:

The Tyco Execs were convicted of writing checks for themselves - we call this embezzlement of funds
The OP question is quite clear and valid in light of the SCOTUS re-affirming Corporations have the same rights as a person (or for legal purposes Corporate Personhood)
Can a Corporation be convicted of a crime and the "Entity" (listed Trustees of the Corporation) be sentenced to jail
