a) Abortions should always be illegal.

1. He was once.
But the NRLC and other anti-women organizations backed him heavily. If he's actually pro-choice when he casts votes I'll eat my hat.

7. Yes, and it will be explained nicely away.
Unlike poor Kerry who actually did not flip floop on an issue, but voted for a bill-as happens very ofter, and then voted against the same bill once something was removed from it.
