Robert Reich is right! "Obama needs to say ... I'm going to bailout Mainstreet" ... |
|
On Countdown Reich just said Obama needs to say tomorrow night "I'm not going to bailout Wallstreet, I'm going to bail out Mainstreet"
Pretty much sums it up for Pres Obama.

2. You've got to admit it would be short ...sweet... and not easily misunderstood by the public. |

3. He can say it yes... do it? |

It will be popular until the guy you know that way over spent beyond his means gets his bail out and you that stayed within his means does not. Then you will be *ing mad. I know bailing out Mainstreet in practice will get as ugly as the bank bailout. To put it another way people with bad and good credit still need banks. People with bad and good credit don't need the same kind of mainstreet bail out. AND OBAMA ALREADY GOT NO CREDIT FOR SAVING YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. How much credit you think he'll get for bailing out "mainstreet" or "home owners". This has turd written all over it. He needs to say it and then go out and create jobs. Any attempt to bailout mainstreet will end in just more ugly hate. Creating Jobs is the only way to bailout mainstreet without this turning as ugly as the bank bailout.
