Oh, and speaking of corrupt Republicans, you might be interested in knowing that Obama’s nominee to be US Attorney for LA’s Western District, Stephanie Finley, the woman who will replace Flanagan, Sr., is being blocked by LA’s other Senator, David “Diapers” Vitter. Why? Because he wants to make sure LA’s US Attorney for the Eastern District–the one who will be prosecuting Messrs. O’Keefe and Flanagan, now–stays in office for a while longer.

1. Not quite - Vitter is blocking Teabugger's dad's replacement (West LA)

to make sure the U.S. Attorney in Eastern district will remain in place, and the Eastern district is where the teabuggery all happened - which means the one Vitter wants to keep in place (not the dad of the Teabugger) is the one that will be prosecuting his collegue's son for the teabuggery.

2. He can't prosecute his son
conflict of interest. They will have to have a special prosecutor, as the entire US Atty's office there is conflicted out.

Goody.
