with an 85 year-old WW2/Korean war vet.He said he's been reading my letters for years,and had to call and talk to me,and thank me.

.We talked for about 20 minutes...nice old guy..says"I'm a Democrat-my dad said we're the ones who have to work for a living"...made my day,and gave me the motivation to not give up now-even though things may suck.

from a prominent retired local business man who really enjoyed my LTTEs. There are plenty of older Americans who 'get it'.
