I am super, super pissed off at Barack Obama now!
That "f__ker" went and made a phone call to the Kentucky coach and team today. He knew they were just voted the number one team in the country and his Carolina Blue had dropped out of the Top 25. So he decides to make a phone call to the team today. They haven't won any championships. They are just a young team, with three freshmen, trying to handle all the action at being #1. It's been so many years since they have been there. Why did you have to call them today?

So they have to play a tough game on the road in South Carolina and the young players, all very, very, admiring of our new President, could not focus on the game. So they lost. After only one week at number one, they lost 68-62.

Now, like everyone else, they will have to re-group, and go play-by-play. Obama! I will not forget this one!

:sarcasm:

3. In all fairness...
I must say he called them for a very good reason. The Coach and the team had a fundraiser for the people of Haiti and raised over a million dollars. In Kentucky, that is a tremendous amount of money. So the President decides to call the team and thank them for their wonderful effort. Still, it was a major distraction for our young team. :-)

8. ROFL!!!
Kentucky has a great tradition, but I just can't stand John Calipari. Oh well, don't sweat it. You guys have a young team. It is better to get the let down loss out of the way early before the tournament.

10. You may be right...
But they wanted to be the first team to win 40 games in a season and go undefeated. I guess they will have to wait for another year?

12. It would've just been expulsed from the record anyway in a few years....
...after Calipari was found to be cheating again.

Everywhere he goes, he leaves "Final Four" teams that have their Final Four appearances expulsed from the record books.

13. If the Coach is guilty because a player got someone else to take his SAT...
then you may be right? Even if the coach did not know about it.

14. Wasn't just at Memphis... Calipari left UMass under a cloud too...

How many programs does a coach have to leave in ruins in his wake before people start detecting a pattern?

Trust me. I know Cal. He was an assistant at Pitt under Paul Evans in the late '80s. The stories about him are rampant.

He goes around the rules.

He's a cheater.

And just when it starts to get a little too hot in the kitchen..... he leaves to go to another school... and leaves his former school to face the penalties while he gets off scott free.

Your coach is a cheater. He's Tarkanian with better hair and the smarts to leave a school JUST in time.
