When are the Republicans going to give up

on giving a rebuttal speech after Obama? It's sort of like the old saying, "don't ever do a skit following animals or children." No matter who gives the rebuttal, they cannot match Obama's rhetoric. They can't even come close..for the most part they sound like the idiots they are and become a joke.
