Maybe I'm just behind the times?

And, from fb, just because I like it, in defense...

"When the government socializes stuff like health insurance, education, housing, and other things, freedoms are taken away. If you want to not have health insurance, that is your freedom. And these guys were doing something in reaction to their freedoms being taken away. I mean, it's not a good thing to break the law,... but all I'm saying is that it's not like they killed anyone. I'm not trying to say that it is OK to break the law as long as you don't kill anyone, but seriously... They didn't kill anyone, and they don't think it's cool to kill anyone... especially babies. Let's be optimistic."

3. Uh, he did, one of the giveaways to Landrieu's staff was that
O'keefe was holding his cell phone and filming the other guy.

I'm sure the police have it, it'll be entered as evidence if these punks go to trial.

I say "if" because the right doesn't want this to go to trial, too much is out there waiting to be exposed and pressure on the DA to plea bargain this stuff down will be intense.

They did this during the day because O'Keefe likes costumes.

5. It's not the local DA
It will be the U.S. Attorney's Office, or more likely the Justice Department itself, considering one of them is the sone of a US Attorney in Baton Rouge.
